Claims regarding items purchased from avae.pl are accepted and processed in accordance with Regulations

Please carefully fill out the form below. If you can take pictures of the detected defect – send them to us at the following email address hello@avae.pl, in the title of the message writing the word “COMPLAINT FORM” and the order number.

Please describe in as much detail as possible what the complaint is about.
We will attempt to repair the product defect you indicate. However, when this is not possible or when the product is no longer available in the store www.lovin.pl - you will receive a refund of the costs incurred
Please specify the method of payment for the order. In case of online payment, the funds will be returned by the same method, unless you wish to return them directly to your bank account. In this case, please enter your bank account number further down the form.
Please give us your bank account number if you want the refund to be made to your bank account number.

After completing and submitting the form – please send us the defective article along with a bill or invoice.
