Returns of goods purchased in the AVAE shop are carried out in accordance with the Regulations.

PAY PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE RETURN PERIOD.

The return date will be the date of dispatch of the parcel containing the returned products and not the date on which the form is completed and posted.

RETURNS SENT AFTER THE DEADLINES SPECIFIED IN THE REGULATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
